“Mediterranean Ecology" summer school, in Banyuls-sur-mer
This three-week internship is open to students from all universities, French or foreign, with a validated bachelor's degree. This training program promotes the approaches of naturalist in the field. It gives an overview of the biodiversity of fauna and flora. It deals with the different seabeds and associated fauna, the Languedoc lagoon environment and the halophilic coastal fringe.
"Microworlds: exploration of marine microbial worlds, practical approaches" summer school, in Banyuls-sur-mer
This 2-week training course is devoted to marine microorganisms (bacteria, phytoplankton, protozoa, viruses...) free, or associated in biofilms or micro or macro-organisms. It is based on practical training in analytical tools and on experimental mini-projects.
"Marine botanic Expertise" summer school, in Roscoff
In partnership with the National Museum of Natural History. It is a training course in the recognition of algae and coastal marine plants. It lasts 18 days. It focuses on practice in order to acquire solid knowledge on the systematics, biology, ecology and evolution of algae and marine plants. This internship is open to professionals and students having validated a level L3.
"Wildlife Expertise" summer school, in Roscoff
In partnership with the University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium. This 3-week Master’s level course in biology aims to help students discover the great biodiversity of the coasts of Brittany. It is intended for students and professionals.
"Diversity and ecology of plankton in the Mediterranean", in Villefranche-sur-Mer
This two-week internship is open to students from all universities, French and foreign, with a validated bachelor's degree. The objective is to understand the primordial role of planktonic diversity in the functioning of the pelagic ecosystem.
"Multivariate analyses for marine ecology", in Villefranche-sur-Mer
This two-week internship is open to students from all universities, French or foreign, with a validated bachelor's degree. It provides training in numerical processing methods for multivariate data and time series in oceanography.
